Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Redzone Pool (the "Service"), operated by Galo Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Redzone Pool Is
Redzone Pool is a free, entertainment-only NFL pick 'em pool. Users create or join groups with friends, pick the winning team for upcoming games, and track results on a leaderboard. The Service does not involve wagering, entry fees, or cash prizes of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling, and no money ever changes hands through Redzone Pool.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate any account, or any group, at our sole discretion and without notice - including for suspected abuse, inappropriate content, or any other reason we deem appropriate.
4. Picks, Groups, and Scoring
Picks lock at each game's scheduled kickoff time and cannot be changed afterward. Scoring and leaderboard standings are determined by data synced from third-party sports data providers, which may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Group owners have discretion over their own group's membership and settings. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pick grading, leaderboard standing, or AI-generated matchup analysis or recap content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALO SYSTEMS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $0.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galo Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@redzonepool.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
