1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, username, and display name.
• App activity: groups you create or join, weekly picks, and tiebreaker predictions.
• Automatically collected data: standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) collected by our hosting provider and by Google AdSense, as described below.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the Service: authenticating you, running your pools and leaderboards, grading picks, and generating AI matchup analysis and weekly recap content for your groups.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run Redzone Pool:

• Supabase - hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and app data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• The Odds API - provides NFL schedule and score data. No personal information is shared with this provider.
• Anthropic (Claude) - generates AI matchup analysis and weekly recap content. Matchup analysis is generated from public team records only. Weekly recaps are generated from your group's display names and pick counts (not full pick details or your email address).
• Google AdSense - serves advertising on the Service. See the Cookies section below for details specific to AdSense.

4. Cookies & Advertising

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Separately, Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Service. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or, for third-party vendors generally, at www.aboutads.info.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and app data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@redzonepool.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@redzonepool.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Redzone Pool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
